Do you carry fresh produce/meat?
Unfortunately we do not, as it just does not fit the needs of our community at this time. That being said, we do offer a variety of wonderful dried fruits and jerky perfect for everyday snacking!
Do you take EBT/SNAP?
At this time, Natural Planet is not eligible to accept EBT/SNAP benefits under current Arizona and federal requirements.
To qualify, stores must meet specific criteria regarding the amount of staple and perishable foods they carry, or have more than 50% of total sales come from staple food categories. Currently, our store does not meet those requirements.
We review the eligibility guidelines every year, and if the requirements change in the future, we would be happy to begin accepting EBT/SNAP.

Do you make fresh smoothies and meals?
No, we do not make fresh smoothies or meals, we are simply a large health food and vitamin store for Mohave County and the surrounding areas.
Can you order a product for me if you don't carry it in store? (special orders)
Yes!! Looking for something specific? If it’s not on our shelves, ask us—we may be able to special order it for you through one of the vendors we carry! (We do not order from Amazon or any other third-party websites.)

Do you carry DF/GF/KETO/etc options?
Yes! We carry a wide variety of wonderful grocery options that best fit the needs and lifestyles of everyone. Looking for something specific? Give us a call and ask our staff

We are located in Kingman, Arizona off of Kino and Stockton in the Starbucks plaza. 3787 N Stockton Hill Road, Suite A. Come say hi!
Do you carry CBD?
Unfortunately as of January 2027, due to the state buckling down on state regulations regarding THC licensing, THC consumption and the access of CBD in retail stores, we are no longer carrying any CBD products.
How often do you bring in new products/brands?
ALWAYS! We are very focused on maintaining the loyalty we have with the brands we carry, and retaining the trust of our customers to keep those good ol’ favorites that you have. That being said, as times change, brands phase out, and new trends continue to appear, we will continue to always be excited to add to our wonderful selection of supplements, food items, home care, and more!
How well are the Natural Planet staff trained?
One of our core beliefs here at Natural Planet is to retain that good old fashioned customer service! That means our staff is ready to assist you with any questions or help you may need regarding our store with a smile!
However, our staff is not approved to give any medical advice, so we ask you to please be patient with us as we are not trained doctors. We advise you to talk with your doctor or a medical professional regarding what supplements you should/should not be taking.
Is Natural Planet a chain store?
Nope! Natural Planet is unique and special to serving Mohave County!
If I see a product on Tv or Tiktok/Instagram/etc can i buy it at Natural Planet?
In all honesty… most likely no. Brands who advertise through social media or tv commercials are usually independent brands looking to push their product through their independent websites. We advise you to please do your research before making purchases from these brands.
We may not carry those independent companies, but we do strive to carry the best of the best! If you are unsure about anything regarding our quality or a product you are looking for, please contact our staff, we would be happy to assist you!
Do you carry raw milk?
Currently we have not found a vendor (local and distribution both being considered) that is licensed enough to provide clean and safe raw milk for us to sell at Natural Planet, though we do hope to provide it to the Mohave County community in the future!
Do you deliver, ship and/or do curbside pick up?
We do provide curbside pick up, however we do not offer a delivery service currently, but can ship to you via USPS Flat Rate!
If you would like assistance with curbside pick up or shipping, please simply give us a call, provide us with the information regarding the products you are looking for and you may pay via card phone sale (over the phone) if ordering shipping/pick up or you may pay upon pickup via cash or card.
